Valley Center Medical Office Building has views and a location that is second to none. Located adjacent to Valley Medical Hospital, Valley Center has excellent access to and from Highway 167 as well as Talbot Road. Valley Center will be the finest quality medical space located in the Pacific Northwest. It will include such features as covered port cor cher for visitor convenience along with a building concierge to service the patients at arrival and departure. There will be plenty of covered parking for both staff and patients.

For our tenants, Valley Center will provide upgraded electrical service along with structurally upgraded designated areas. This will allow for in clinic, out-patient services normally available only at hospitals. The building will also have great identity and street appeal, and we are open to providing exterior signage for tenant use. Valley Center will have bay depths from 28’ up to a maximum of 68’ allowing for extremely efficient space lay outs.
