Edmonds Village is one of our newest refurbished developments which stretches along Highway 99. Mickelberry has been part of the Behar Company portfolio since 1992. This property hosts some of the strongest retailers in the Silverdale, WA area.  This building is 11,230 square feet and is fully leased to Eddie Bauer, Affordable Dentures & Implants, and Asurion.  Surrounding tenants include Costco, Best Buy, Pearle Vision, and Loews.  Mickelberry has flat parking right outside each tenant's space making it accessible to all.

Ridgetop is currently occupied by The Doctors Clinic Building which includes 25,000 square feet of medical and medical administrative space. It is located adjacent to Harrison Hospital in Silverdale, WA. The building has been completely renovated and remodeled for The Doctors Clinic. The Doctors Clinic has occupied this space since August of 2009.  Ridgetop neighbors one of Behar Company’s other developments, Mickelberry.   Behar Company owns over 37,000 sqft in mixed use space in Silverdale, WA.
